Aqua Classes

Aqua Aerobics classes are a great water exercise class that is adaptable to everyone's needs and abilities. Resistance of the water allows for a greater intensity than land based exercise and provides a high calorie burning workout.

Water exercise is recommend for people with arthritis and back or joint problems as the buoyancy in the water means there is no impact on your joints.

The Seniors Aqua class is slow and gentle, providing low-impact exercises.

Please refer to our timetable for scheduled classes.

Watch Around Water

The Watch Around Water Program was created by the aquatic industry for the aquatics industry and looks to raise awareness of the importance of parental supervision of young children while at public swimming pools and promotes the following safe supervision policies.

  • Children under 5 years must be accompanied into the Centre by a responsible adult over 18 years of age and supervised at arm's reach at all times. Unsupervised children will be removed from the water.
