At Leschenault Leisure Centre we believe that it's never too early to start learning the basics of a healthy lifestyle. Our weekly Junior Fitness classes introduce your teenager to gymnasium-based fitness, teaching them the principles behind cardio and strength training. Our Teen Fitness program runs during the school-term and is limited to 10 participants per class.
