Find your perfect fit with a range of gym and group fitness programs offered at LLC.

Get fit with friends and draw motivation from our members. Explore the wide range of group fitness classes available, including popular Aqua Fit and RPM classes. 
 
With plenty of space and excellent facilities, you’ll feel comfortable in the crowd of like minded people pursuing healthy lifestyles. Most classes are held in the large 220m2 general group fit room which allows for spacing between members, and the dedicated RPM room houses 24 stationary bikes. 
 
Attend casually to test which is best, or sign up as a member with one of three package options available and enjoy the savings and flexibility of an LLC membership. 
 
No bookings are required, so come on down and try something new today. 

Please note that all classes are subject to change, depending on the availability of instructors.
Group Fitness classes may be cancelled or changed at short notice due to staff illness or emergency situations.

Where possible, the LLC Gym will offer an alternative class through our virtual facilities if a replacement instructor cannot be arranged.

Les Mills Body Balance

Yoga, tai chi and pilates workout that helps to build your flexibility and core strength while reducing stress and focusing your mind, to feel calm and serene and to create a lasting sense of wellbeing. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Les Mills Body Combat

Mixed martial arts-inspired workout that fuels cardio fitness while defining and strengthening your whole body. You’ll feel empowered and in control as you build phenomenal core strength, develop coordination, agility and speed. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Les Mills Body Pump

A barbell workout using light to moderate weights and high reps to get you lean and toned. You’ll work all your major muscles as you build strength and burn calories, getting fitter, faster. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Les Mills Body Step

An athletic and uplifting step workout that increases your cardio fitness and conditions your whole body, pushing it into high gear to burn calories and build functional strength. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Les Mills Body Attack

A high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. This class combines athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. Suitable for all fitness levels. Available virtually.

Les Mills Sh'Bam

A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. All you need is a playful attitude and lots of energy. Join the dance party. Suitable for all fitness levels. Available virtually.

Les Mills RPM

Cardio peak cycle workout that burns calories, shapes and tones leg muscles, improves cardio fitness and stamina. Find your rhythm in the music, set your own resistance level and hit an endorphin high.

Les Mills Sprint Virtual

Virtual Sprint is a 30-minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout delivered through our virtual system, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.

Les Mills RPM Virtual

Virtual RPM is a low-impact cardio peak cycle workout that burns calories, shapes and tones leg muscles, improves cardio fitness and stamina. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Pilates

Pilates helps to stabilise and strengthen your core, increase flexibility and maintain good posture. This is a non-impact class that is suitable for all fitness levels.

Yoga

Allow your body and mind to fully connect, taking you to new found flexibility and strength. Relax and take time out of your busy life. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Total Body

A full body workout incorporating strength, cardio, functional movement and balance. This will help improve the cardiovascular system, strength and mobility. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Living Legends

Specialized program for the over 50’s. Become a stronger healthier version of yourself with more vitality and strength. Classes are held under the supervision of a qualified Personal Trainer, you will receive a health assessment and your own tailor made program. Stay and have a cup of tea or coffee on us. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Gym Tonic

Conducted by our qualified personal trainer, perform several exercises targeting different muscle groups with minimal rest in between. The result - a workout that taxes your muscular strength, endurance and your cardiovascular system. Change your body shape and get gym toned fast! Suitable for all fitness levels.
