Check out the dates and locations for the Australian Heart Foundation Walking Group for July to October 2023.

The Australian Heart Foundation Walking Group will be meeting at various locations from July to October 2023.

All walkers are encouraged to meet at 9am for an 9.15am start (unless another time is noted).

Please bring water bottles, hats and walking poles, if required.

July:

  • 4 July - Big Swamp walk. Meet in carpark outside Bunbury Wildlife Park. BYO mugs.
  • 11 July - Eastwell road playground, Eaton - boat ramp, Collie River. BYO mugs.
  • 18 July - Mardo Avenue walk. Meet in forecourt outside Aldi, Australind. Coffee at Benesse to follow.
  • 25 July - Leschenault Leisure Centre - Kingston area walk. BYO mugs.

August:

  • 1 August - Galway Green walk. Meet at the carpark at Old Australind Cemetery. BYO mugs.
  • 8 August - Treendale walk. Meet behind Best n Less. Coffee at Treendale Cafe to follow.
  • 15 August - Meet near Crooked Carrot (Phil and Rosie's place) for a walk around the area. Coffee at Crooked Carrot to follow. More details to come.
  • 22 August - Leschenault Leisure Centre - Kingston area walk. BYO mugs.
  • 29 August - Manea Park walk. Spot orchids and enjoy a bushwalk. Coffee at TAFE cafe to follow. More information to come.

September:

  • 5 September - Binningup walk. Meet in carpark of social clubhouse. More details to come.
  • 12 September - Pelican Point walk. Meet at the carpark at the end of San Marco Promenade. Coffee and cake at Sanctuary Golf Resort to follow.
  • 19 September - Leschenault Leisure Centre - Kingston area walk. BYO mugs.
  • 26 September - Crooked Brook school holidays Spring walk and picnic. Bring the grandkids.

October:

  • 3 October - Estuary/Inlet walk. Meet at carpark behind Koombana Bay Cafe. Bring the grandkids.

It is important that you are a registered walker with the Australian Heart Foundation. Walkers are advised to walk at their own pace and are encouraged to show care and consideration to other walkers.
