  • From time to time, scheduled classes may be affected by staff availability. If an instructor is unavailable, we will endeavour to offer a virtual class that is the same or similar to the class that was scheduled.

Can't get to a scheduled class?  We've got you!  Our Les Mills Virtual classes are cinematic-quality, on-demand versions of our live group fitness classes.  Attend them when there are no live classes on the timetable at times to suit your lifestyles.   Virtual classes are designed for people who cannot get access to our live classes or who want to get a ‘taste’ of a LES MILLS class before taking a live class with an instructor.

Virtual classes include: RPM, Sprint, The Trip, Bodypump, Bodyattack, Bodybalance, Bodycombat and Les Mills Dance.

Fees

Group Fitness: casual visit - $22 per class

Aqua Aerobics casual visit - $14.00 per class

Strength Development

Bodypump

A barbell workout using light to moderate weights and high reps to get you lean and toned. You’ll work all your major muscles as you build strength and burn calories, getting fitter, faster. Suitable for all fitness levels.

RPM

Cardio peak cycle workout that burns calories, shapes and tones leg muscles, improves cardio fitness and stamina. Find your rhythm in the music, set your own resistance level and hit an endorphin high.  Live and Virtual options available.

Bodystep

This athletic and uplifting step workout that increases your cardio fitness and conditions your whole body, pushing it into high gear to burn calories and build functional strength. Suitable for all fitness levels. Yoga, tai chi and pilates workout that helps to build your flexibility and core strength while reducing stress and focusing your mind, to feel calm and serene and to create a lasting sense of wellbeing. Suitable for all fitness levels. Available Virtually and in-person. 

Gym Tonic

A gentle, low-to-moderate intensity, full-body workout that uses light weights and bodyweight exercises to boost strength, balance, and flexibility – keeping you active, mobile, and confident.

Total Body

A moderate to high-intensity, full-body workout combining strength, cardio, and functional training. Perfect for those with a base level of fitness, this class pushes your limits with circuits, intervals, and core work, leaving you energised and stronger.Dance like nobody's watching! 

Tone

Les Mills Tone class and you’ll tick off a complete workout in 45 minutes. The challenging mix of lunges, squats, functional training and tubing exercises will help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level. Also a great foundational class, LES MILLS TONE has a wide variety of options accommodating all fitness levels.

Bodybalance

Yoga, tai chi and pilates workout that helps to build your flexibility and core strength while reducing stress and focusing your mind, to feel calm and serene and to create a lasting sense of wellbeing. Suitable for all fitness levels. Available Virtually and in-person. 

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga offers a steady, grounding practice combining posture, breath and stillness. Expect a calm, supportive class suitable for most levels.

Pilates

.Pilates helps to stabilise and strengthen your core, increase flexibility and maintain good posture. This is a non-impact class that is suitable for all fitness levels.

Living Legends

Specialized program for the over 50’s. Become a stronger healthier version of yourself with more vitality and strength. Classes are held under the supervision of a qualified Personal Trainer, you will receive a health assessment and your own tailor made program. Stay and have a cup of tea or coffee on us. Suitable for all fitness levels. 

Aqua Legends

A 45-minute low-intensity water workout designed to improve cardiovascular fitness and mobility, all while enjoying the support and resistance of the water. Perfect for all fitness levels, these sessions offer a gentle, full-body exercise in a fun and social environment.

Aqua Fit

A 45-minute moderate-intensity water workout designed for those who want to challenge themselves a little more while still enjoying the low-impact benefits of exercising in the pool. This class focuses on boosting cardiovascular fitness, strength, and mobility, all in a supportive and energising group environment. Perfect for anyone looking to take their aqua fitness to the next level! 

Body Attack Virtual

BODYATTACK™ Virtual is a fast-paced, athletic workout delivered on screen, designed to build strength, stamina and coordination. Train to motivating music with the flexibility to join in when it suits you

Sprint Virtual
