Looking for a birthday party that keeps the kids laughing, moving, and having a blast? Our parties are designed for kids aged 3 and up, packed with non-stop fun and entertainment! Whether you’re going all out or keeping it simple, we’ve got both fully catered and BYO options to suit every style and budget.

We just ask that you give us at least 2 weeks' notice to lock in the fun!

Saturday parties - Catered

Enjoy one hour of pool fun, followed by a fully catered meal in the poolside room or on the pool deck. We can even provide an ice cream cake & candles or a seasonal fruit platter!

Saturday parties are available from 1:00pm - 3:00pm

$24 per child includes swim entry, party food and party room (poolside or outdoors)

Terms and Conditions

At least 2 weeks' notice is required for birthday party bookings.
Minimum 7 days' notice is required for catering (no changes can be made within this time frame)
Children under 12 must be actively supervised by an adult (16+).
Children under 5 must stay within arm’s reach of an adult at all times.
A 1:2 ratio applies for adults supervising children under 5.
Party guests must remain in the pool area at all times.
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising and managing the group during the booking.
Please ensure the party area is clean and rubbish-free by 3:00pm.

Sunday parties

Rustle up your child’s favourite party foods and bring them along to a self-catered birthday party at LLC.

With use of the poolside room and entry into the aquatic centre, your guests will enjoy up to two hours of Sunday fun with all the convenience of a dedicated party area.

Self catered parties let you bring your own supplies to make your party just how you like it.

Please follow the handy party checklist and make sure you bring everything you’ll need:

Self catered parties cost $58 for hire of the pool side room, plus $5.30 per child for pool entry. Please note parties can only run for a maximum of two hours.

Make your celebration complete by adding an ice cream birthday cake with candles for only $35.

Duty of care

Staff on duty in the aquatic area during your child’s party have a general duty of care to all swimming pool patrons.

The safety and supervision of all children at the party remains the responsibility of the supervising adults attending the party.

All children under five years of age must be constantly supervised in the water by a person 16 years or older who must remain within arms reach of the child at all times. One adult must be in the water for every two children under five years old.
All children aged five to 12 years of age must be accompanied and constantly supervised by a person 16 years or over in sporting and pool areas.

Catering

For Saturday parties, no food is to be brought into the centre during the café opening hours.

Special dietary needs can be catered for. Please advise of any dietary requirements at least seven days before your party so these can be accommodated.

Booking information

The cost of your party includes pool entry for your guests (excluding Sunday parties).

Birthday parties can be booked with a minimum of two weeks’ notice. Bookings are subject to availability, and are only confirmed once the Bookings Officer has contacted you to advise.
