Looking for a birthday party that keeps the kids laughing, moving, and having a blast? Our self-catered parties are perfect for kids aged 3 and up, giving you the flexibility to bring your own food, drinks and decorations while we provide the fun!

With access to the poolside party room and plenty of space to celebrate, it’s an easy and affordable way to create a memorable day at the Leschenault Leisure Centre.

We just ask that you give us at least 2 weeks’ notice so we can help make your child’s celebration run smoothly.

Saturday parties - Self Catered

Celebrate your child’s special day with two hours of fun in the aquatic centre and access to the poolside room or outdoor pool deck.

Our self-catered parties let you bring your own food, drinks and decorations, giving you full flexibility to create the perfect celebration.

Saturday party times:
• 1:00pm – 3:00pm
(Maximum two-hour booking)

Party Prices

$5.50 per child (pool entry)
$59 room hire (if choosing poolside room)
Outdoor pool deck - free hire (summer only)

Make your celebration complete by adding an ice cream birthday cake with candles for $35.

Terms and Conditions

At least 2 weeks' notice is required for birthday party bookings.
Minimum 7 days' notice is required for catering (no changes can be made within this time frame)
Children under 12 must be actively supervised by an adult (16+).
Children under 5 must stay within arm’s reach of an adult at all times.
A 1:2 ratio applies for adults supervising children under 5.
Party guests must remain in the pool area at all times.
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising and managing the group during the booking.
Please ensure the party area is clean and rubbish-free by 3:00pm.

Sunday parties - Self Catered

Bring your own party food, drinks, decorations and supplies to make your Sunday celebration exactly how you want it.

Enjoy up to two hours of party fun with access to the poolside room or the outdoor pool deck (summer only), plus entry to the aquatic centre.

Duty of care

Staff on duty in the aquatic area during your child’s party have a general duty of care to all swimming pool patrons.

The safety and supervision of all children at the party remains the responsibility of the supervising adults attending the party.

All children under five years of age must be constantly supervised in the water by a person 16 years or older who must remain within arms reach of the child at all times. One adult must be in the water for every two children under five years old.
All children aged five to 12 years of age must be accompanied and constantly supervised by a person 16 years or over in sporting and pool areas.

Catering

LLC birthday parties are now fully self-catered.

Please bring all food, drinks and supplies required for your celebration.
Special dietary needs can be accommodated for cake orders — please advise the Centre at least seven days in advance.

Booking information

The cost of your party includes pool entry for participating children.
Self-catered Sunday parties do not include exclusive pool provision.
