Winter Seasonal Court Bookings
Seasonal bookings apply to recurring, pre-approved court allocations for the duration of the nominated season.
From Winter 2026, all court allocations will be managed under LLC’s Seasonal Court Hire Policy, designed to:
- Improve accountability in booking and managing seasonal court allocations
- Maximise the use of available court space throughout each sporting season
- Ensure a fair and equitable process for all user groups
- Give affiliated clubs priority access and the benefits of affiliation
Winter Season Period
The Winter Season runs from 1 April to 30 September. Seasonal bookings provide recurring, pre-approved court allocations for the full duration of this period.
Eligibility and Priority
Affiliated LLC clubs will receive priority for winter seasonal court allocations.
Non-affiliated clubs and casual user groups will be considered based on availability, after affiliated club requirements have been met.
How to Apply
To request winter seasonal court hire, all user groups must submit an application via the Seasonal Court Hire Application Form by Monday 9 March 2026. Applications received after this date will be accepted but considered a lower priority.

Casual Court Bookings

LLC is home to four indoor multipurpose courts, catering for soccer, volleyball, tennis, basketball, netball, badminton, pickleball and hockey.
Our main sports hall has two high quality timber courts with stadium seating overlooking Court 1.
Courts 3 and 4 are two separate courts surrounded by safety netting. The floor surface is rubberised plastic, making them the perfect multipurpose courts.
Casual Court Booking Application
Squash courts
LLC has three international standard, glass-backed squash courts that are open daily. Racquets are available for hire and squash balls can be purchased at reception.
The squash courts are home to the Leschenault Squash Club, catering for both senior and junior squash competitors.
Call 9797 4000 to make a casual booking up to 24 hours before your game, and pay on arrival.
Secured, pre-paid bookings can be made up to seven days in advance.

Squash court hire is included as part of our full membership or with any combination of two membership options. Members can book a court up to seven days in advance. Bookings are required as courts are limited and popular.
