What’s New (and What You Still Love) in Group Fitness 2026

We’re kicking off 2026 with fresh energy and a revamped Group Fitness timetable – built around what has always made us stand out: great classes, amazing instructors, and fitness that fits your everyday life.

As the original Group Fitness destination in Australind, we know the power of the group effect: when rooms are full, energy is high, and everyone leaves feeling stronger, motivated, and connected. That’s exactly what our new timetable is designed to deliver.

The 2026 timetable brings more variety across the week, clearer class structures, and new ways to challenge yourself – all while keeping the fun, welcoming, “no-fuss” approach our community loves.

What’s New in 2026

We’re shaking up Group Fitness with fresh classes and times to keep things fun, energising, and effective:

  • Les Mills Strength Development – Build real strength with controlled weight training that delivers results you can feel.
  • Evening Tone with Jono – A full-body after-work workout to switch off, move, and recharge.
  • Tuesday Morning Double Delight with Ness – Bodypump followed by Bodybalance: work hard, then stretch, strengthen, and reset.
  • Freestyle favourites – Total Body offers a high-energy full-body workout, while Gym Tonic focuses on balance, stability, and foundation strength.
  • RPM on new days/times – Monday 9:10am with Ness for a cardio kick-start, and Tuesday 5:45pm with Deb for an after-work spin without clashes.

What’s Staying the Same

  • Our incredible instructors – Your favourite, experienced instructors are back, plus we’re welcoming powerhouse Jaime Hughes to Friday’s 9:10am Bodypump.
  • Your staples – Evening Bodypump with Ness, morning Gym Tonic with Chantel and Sheree, and early-morning sessions with Kaylee, Jono, and Ness.
  • Virtual classes – Can’t make it in person? Virtual Les Mills classes are still available on demand.

Fresh, flexible, and welcoming – our 2026 timetable is all about helping everyone move, connect, and feel their best.  Here’s to a strong, energised, and connected year, powered by the group effect!
