While our live Group Fitness classes pause briefly over the festive period, you can keep moving with our scheduled virtual classes running from Monday 22 December to Saturday 3 January.

This allows our amazing instructor team to take a well-earned break and enjoy time with their families - while you can still keep your workouts ticking along

• All scheduled classes during this period are virtual
• Please refer to the timetable image for class times and programs
• On-demand virtual classes are also available outside scheduled times
